The Diabetic Talk website is currently experiencing techinical difficulties, but there are people who are working on that. In the meantime, the site itself has been archived by the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, so the information is still available. You can find lots of resources there, but the connection information for the chat room is out of date on the archived pages.
